Soul Path Map and the Soul Path Tarot are operated by Saha Synergy Group Ltd, Suite 1108, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Hong Kong. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who can use Soul Path Map

Soul Path Map, the Soul Path Tarot and everything we sell through them are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, draw cards, buy a reading or become a member, and by doing any of these you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data, and we will refund any payment made for it.

Free access codes

A free invite code or reading code must be used within 7 days of being issued, after which it expires. Each code works once. Once you use a code you get 14 days of free access. When those 14 days end, your account and any reading opened with the code keep showing the basics, and the rest opens again with a membership. No payment details are needed for a free code, so nothing is ever charged automatically when free access ends.

Membership and billing

A Soul Path Map membership costs $27 USD a month, or $277 USD a year, or the price shown at checkout. A monthly membership renews automatically every month, and an annual membership renews automatically every year, on the same date until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal. We will tell you before any change to the price, and the change will only apply from your next billing date.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, from Manage subscription in the app, or by emailing saha.synergy@proton.me. A cancellation takes effect at your next scheduled billing date. You will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, for the unused months of an annual membership, for time you did not use, or for a change of mind. Access starts as soon as you pay. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you ask for access to begin straight away when you subscribe, and you acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once access begins.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sold you is faulty or not as described, contact saha.synergy@proton.me and we will put it right as those laws require.

One-off readings and packs

Tarot readings, chart overlays and synergy packs are digital content that opens as soon as you pay. When you buy one you ask us to give you access straight away, and if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom you acknowledge that this ends your 14-day right to cancel once the reading opens. Because of this, one-off digital readings are non-refundable once they have been revealed. Synergy credits, both the ones included with membership and the ones you buy in a pack, are for the calendar month you get them in and do not roll over into the next month.

An expert reading with Sophia is booked through Calendly. You can reschedule once, up to 48 hours before your session. If you cancel more than 48 hours before, we refund you in full. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, the reading is not refundable. If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law. If a reading did not work or was not as described, email saha.synergy@proton.me and we will make it right.

Readings are written with AI

Your daily readings, card messages, chart explanations, synergy notes and chat answers are written by an artificial intelligence model (Claude, made by Anthropic) following our method and your chart. Some of our card and archetype artwork was also created with AI tools and then edited by us. AI can be wrong, can repeat itself and can sound more certain than it should. Please read everything as a reflection to consider, not a fact about you or a prediction you have to live by.

Soul Path Map is a tool for self-reflection and spiritual exploration. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or fertility advice. Cycle tracking is not a method of contraception and cannot tell you whether you are fertile or pregnant. If you are dealing with a health concern, a mental health crisis or a big decision about money, law or your body, please speak to a qualified professional.

What is ours and what is yours

Soul Path Map belongs to Saha Synergy Group Ltd. That includes the app, our method, our written readings and library, the Soul Path Tarot deck and its artwork, our archetypes, our designs and our names and logos. You may use them for your own personal reflection. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape or use them to build or train another product or AI system without our written permission.

What you write and enter stays yours. Your journal entries, check-ins and questions belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Soul Path Map for you, and that permission ends when you delete them or your account.

The AI answers generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal use, subject to Anthropic's terms. Membership includes 400 companion messages a calendar month; more can be added. When you share a reading or a screenshot of your map publicly, please credit Soul Path Map and keep our card artwork unaltered.

Soul Path Map is an original synthesis: esoteric and science based, inspired by various modalities and calculated from real astronomy. Every word you read here is our own. We are not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any other system, school, publisher or trademark holder.

Where Soul Path Map is available

Soul Path Map is open to adults everywhere, with one difference. Cycle tracking is not offered in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, because the law there treats cycle details as health data and we want local privacy representation in place before we hold any. If you are in one of those countries the cycle fields do not appear, we do not keep cycle details sent from there, and every other part of your map works in full. Using Soul Path Map fairly

Please use Soul Path Map with care for yourself and for other people. You agree that you will not:

• enter another person's name, birth details or other personal information unless they have agreed to it, or you are their parent or legal guardian reading for them privately;
• use a reading about someone else to judge, pressure, embarrass, exclude or make decisions about them, including in hiring, dating, renting or lending;
• share, sell or publish another person's chart, synergy result or personal details;
• send friend requests to people who do not know you, or keep sending them after someone declines;
• try to access another person's account, copy our content in bulk, get around the paywall or reading limits, or attack or overload the service;
• share your account, invite codes or reading codes for payment, or open more than one account to get more free access;
• use the chat to create content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual involving anyone under 18, or that encourages harm.

Friend synergy readings only work between two people who have both accepted the friendship. A synergy reading compares how your two maps meet. It never shows you your friend's full chart, and either of you can remove the friendship at any time, which stops new synergy readings between you.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, and you have paid for time you can no longer use because of it, we will tell you why.

People who share Soul Path Map

Some people who recommend Soul Path Map are part of our affiliate programme. When you arrive through their link and buy something, they earn a commission from us, usually 20% of what you pay for up to 12 months. You pay exactly the same price either way. We ask every affiliate to tell their audience clearly that they earn a commission, and we remove affiliates who do not. To remember who referred you, we store a small referral cookie for up to 60 days, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Emails

We send the emails needed to run your account, such as sign-in links and receipts. Marketing emails with readings, updates and offers are only sent where you have agreed to them, or where the law allows them with notice, as explained on the form where you entered your email. Every marketing email, starting with your confirmation email, has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account.

Using the map

You bring your own Anthropic API key to use the chat and the generated readings. It is saved to your account encrypted, used only to make your own requests, never logged, and you can remove it any time in Settings. You pay Anthropic directly for what you use. A Claude.ai subscription is a separate product and does not cover this.

You are responsible for having the right to enter any personal information you provide, including birth data belonging to someone else.

We may suspend an account for misuse. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a membership, so cancel from Manage subscription first.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Soul Path Map accurate, available and safe, but we provide it as it is and as available. Chart calculations depend on the birth details you give us, and a wrong time or place gives a different map.

To the extent the law allows, Saha Synergy Group Ltd is not responsible for decisions you make, or losses you suffer, because of something a reading, card or chat answer said, and our total responsibility to you for any claim connected with Soul Path Map is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and they do not take away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong can hear any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living somewhere else, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please email saha.synergy@proton.me so we can try to sort it out together. We reply within 14 days.

When these terms change

We may update these terms as Soul Path Map grows or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change affects your rights or what you pay, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel your membership before the change applies and it will not apply to you. If you keep using Soul Path Map after that date, the new terms apply.
